1) About the Registration
"We hereby declare that data are used solely for identification purposes at the time of purchase in the company Pallet Parts, s.r.o. and shall not be used by third parties or otherwise misused. By submitting the registration I agree to receive e-mail offers from the company's online shop Pallet Parts, s.r.o. The service of receiving news via e-mail can be cancelled at any time by sending a message to: email@example.com, or to the company address above. Orders can be submitted without registration.
2) Receipt and Completion of Orders, Purchase Contract
The buyer's order is a proposal for the purchase contract and this contract is concluded at the moment of binding consent of the buyer, as well as the seller's consent with this proposal (binding confirmation of the order by the seller). Mutual rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller shall enter into effect as from this moment.
By executing this contract, the buyer confirms that he has read and understood these terms and conditions, including the complaint terms and conditions and agrees with them. The buyer is adequately informed about these terms and conditions and the complaint terms and conditions through submission of the order and has the opportunity to get acquainted with said terms and conditions.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, or any part thereof before the conclusion of the contract in the following cases: the goods are no longer produced or supplied, or the price of goods has changed significantly. In the case of such event, the seller shall immediately contact the buyer to discuss the next steps. In the case that the buyer has already paid all, or part of the purchase price, said amount shall be refunded to the buyer's account and the Purchase Contract will not become effective.
All orders received by this store are binding. The order can be cancelled prior to shipment. In case that the order has been shipped prior to the cancellation of the order, the buyer may be charged costs associated with the shipping. The buyer is automatically informed about the receipt of the order via e-mail. The estimated delivery time of goods, which are not in stock, is in the detail of each product, as well as in the order confirmation. Information, whether the item is in stock, is shown next to each product. If the product is not in stock, or in stock at the supplier, the buyer shall be notified immediately about the next delivery date.
If the cancellation of the order is done within 12 hours, the order shall be deemed cancelled. Cancellations can be made via e-mail or by phone. When cancelling the order, it is necessary to provide buyer's name, e-mail and the order number.
3) Types of Shipping Pick-up in Person
The order can be picked up on the same day, provided that the goods ordered are in stock. In other cases, the buyer will be contacted. Orders can be picked-up during "working hours", pick-up outside these hours may be done upon agreement.
Goods Delivered by Shipping Company – Commercial Parcel
If the customer is not reached by the courier, he shall receive a notification about the delivery into the mailbox. The package can be picked up at the post office or the customer can ask for redelivery. In this type of delivery, no communication with the courier is available and we are not able to influence or track the parcel. ATTENTION! If the package is visibly damaged, or if there is damage to the protective tape, submit a claim directly with the courier. The supplier shall not be responsible for damages incurred in transit. The package is usually delivered within two days of dispatching. The customer is notified about the dispatch via e-mail.
4) Warranty In the package you will always find a tax receipt.
The warranty period shall begin on the date specified on the document. The warranty period is stated in the detail of the item. In debatable cases, the warranty period may be extended by 5 (in words: five) days as compensation for delivery time.
5) Discrepancy with the Purchase Contract – General Information
In the event that the product on receipt of the buyer is not in conformity with the purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as "Discrepancy with the Purchase Contract"), the buyer is entitled to have the seller, free of charge and without undue delay, put the matter into the condition in accordance with the purchase contract and according to the requirements of the buyer, either by exchange of the product or by repair; if such process is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount from the price of the product, or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply, if the buyer knew about the Discrepancy with the Purchase Contract prior to delivery receipt or the buyer himself caused the Discrepancy with the Purchase Contract. Discrepancy with the Purchase Contract which becomes evident within six months of delivery receipt of the goods shall be considered discrepancy existing at the time of delivery receipt of the goods, if it does not contradict the nature of goods or unless proven otherwise. We provide warranty period set by law.
6) The Consumer's Right to Withdraw from the Contract
If the purchase contract is concluded by means of distance communication (online shop), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods. In such case, the consumer shall contact the seller in writing about the withdrawal from the contract, including the order number, date of purchase and the account number for refund. The money can also be returned in cash at the company's headquarters. Withdrawal from the contract must be received no later than the last day of the 14 day period. In special cases, the refund period may be extended, taking into account circumstances, but not longer than 30 days from the delivery.
This provision of the law, however, cannot be understood as a possibility to rent the item free of charge. The consumer, in the event of using the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the transaction, must release to the supplier everything he acquired based on the purchase contract. If it is no longer possible (eg. in the meantime, the goods have been destroyed or consumed), the consumer must provide monetary compensation in return of what can no longer be returned. If the returned goods are only partially damaged, the seller may exercise the right to compensation for damage from the consumer, and set off a claim for refund of the purchase price. The seller is, in such case, obliged to prove the damage caused.
The seller, in such case, refunds the consumer only thus reduced purchase price. The seller may, in the purchase price that is to be refunded to the buyer, include his actual expenses incurred during the return of goods (shipping costs, etc.) in the purchase price.
The Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the following Contracts:
- for providing Services, if the performance of said services was with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the period of 14 days from receipt of the performance,
- for the delivery of goods or services of which price depends on fluctuations of the financial market, independently of the will of the seller.
7) Delivery and Terms of Delivery
Some shipments may be divided into several packages. Shipping rates remain unchanged. All shipments are traced until delivered. We are doing our best to avoid problems that might arise during delivery.
What to do when returning the goods:
• Prepare the shipment according to the instructions below.
• Send the items you want to return back to the address according to the instruction below by your preferred shipping company.
How to prepare the shipment
The shipment must be complete (including all accessories and documentation) and in the condition in which it was received on delivery. Include the proof of purchase. Always use the wrapping paper or cardboard, so as to prevent the goods being glued together, or being marked, or other damage to the original packaging during transport. Do not send goods as COD (cash on delivery), we recommend that you insure the goods. The money will be sent to your bank account (don't forget to provide it), usually within 3 working days of the receipt of the shipment. In case of the return of goods, the amount for refund will be reduced by the amount of the shipping cost (does not apply to claims!).
8) Methods of Payment
All methods of payment can be selected before selecting a shipping method. All payment methods are included in the price of shipping.
Prepayment – with the selection of this option, you will receive a prepayment note with all the necessary information for payment. The goods will be shipped after the receipt of payment in the bank account.
COD (Cash on delivery) – the ordered goods are sent by mail, and the recipient makes cash payment for goods at the time of delivery.
Pick-up in Person – the payment is made in cash at the time of pick-up.
Should the goods that the buyer received from us be damaged or defective, the buyer shall follow the complaints policy. Return of goods by reason of withdrawal from the contract is described in paragraph 6 of Terms and Conditions.
Products that are covered by the right for exercising the claim must be submitted for assessment immediately after discovering defects, must be clean and with the proper documents and a description of the defect, or marked area of the defect.
How to proceed
In case of a claim, you can choose two options, follow the steps described below:
Send the product to the address - "address". The shipping cost is covred by the seller. As soon as you know where and when we can pick the shipment up, please contact us. The shipment must be complete (including all accessories and documentation) and in the condition in which it was received on delivery. Include the proof of purchase. Always use the wrapping paper or cardboard, so as to prevent the goods being glued together, or being marked, or other damage to the original packaging during transport. Do not send goods as COD (cash on delivery), the goods will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the goods. Immediately after the receipt of goods, you will receive a complaint protocol. The goods must be packed properly for shipment so as not to cause any further damage. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced, or the purchase price will be refunded. The goods must be accompanied by all the documents which the buyer received together with the goods, such as sales receipt, warranty, and other. The seller assumes no liability for damages arising from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages resulting from improper use of the product, as well as damage caused by external events and wrong handling. Such defects shall not be covered by the provided warranty. The goods are, for health reasons, accepted for complaint only if properly cleaned. If the manufacturer provides a longer guarantee, it is stated next to the items in the catalog. The cost of claim procedures and handling fees may be charged to the rejected complaints. You will be notified about the result of the complaint via e-mail or by a text message. You will be notified about the shipment of the package and the delivery date, just as during delivery of your order. Thank you for the time you spent reading these terms and conditions.
